Thermal transfer printing for ultimate flexibility
An industry standard 203dpi print resolution gives you crisp, easy-to-read logos, images and barcodes on coated and uncoated label stock using thermal transfer media and ink ribbons.
Thermal transfer print ribbons in wax or resin material to suit your application
Standard or premium high capacity ribbons of up to 300 metres can be used, and are available in wax for standard paper media, wax/resin for improved resistance to chemicals on paper and synthetic media or resin for the best durability against heat and chemicals.
Supports industry standard printer commands
In addition to printing from Windows using the standard printer driver, you can integrate the Brother TD-4420TN label printer into your legacy systems thanks to ZPL/ZPL2 or EPL printer commands.
High print speed to improve efficiency
Printing at speeds up to 152mm/second (6 inches per second) ensures staff will have their labels almost immediately, and can spend their time being more productive.
Wired connectivity to meet your exact needs
USB, Ethernet and Serial ports are included as standard, ensuring the Brother TD-4420TN will connect to your current equipment and infrastructure without problem.
A range of accessories to improve staff efficiency

SAP and BarTender compatibility* ensure it fits perfectly into your workflows, and there’s the added bonus of customisation options like label peelers, cutters and external roll holders. Plus, you can also use the in-built direct thermal technology to print high-volume, low-cost labels for everyday usage.
